Terms of use
Short and plain.
Template. This text is a starting point and must be reviewed by the owner (and ideally a lawyer) before it is relied on. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
1. The software
NeXa is software for managing and delivering video streams that you install and run on servers you control. We license the software; we do not host your service.
2. Content is your responsibility
NeXa is software only. It does not include, sell, provide or index any channels, films, series or other content. You alone choose the sources you add, and you are responsible for holding all rights and licenses for the content you distribute, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers. Using NeXa to distribute content without the necessary rights is not allowed and ends your license.
3. License
A license is for one panel installation and the number of load balancer servers stated in it. It may not be shared, resold or used on more installations than it allows. The panel checks its license with our license server; tampering with this check ends the license.
4. Payment and term
Prices, term and renewal are agreed in your offer. A license that expires or is not paid can be suspended.
5. No warranty
The software is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors. You are responsible for your servers, your backups and your service to your customers.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the last twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
