What this site and the NeXa license check collect.

This website
- No trackers, no analytics, no advertising. The site loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
- No cookies from us. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie. If you switch between light and dark, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
- Server logs. Like every website, our hosting and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short time.
When you contact us
We use what you send (for example your name, e-mail address or Telegram account and your message) to answer you and, if you become a customer, to manage your license. We do not sell it.
The license check of the NeXa panel
A NeXa panel contacts our license server when it is activated and about once a day. It sends the license key, an installation ID, a server fingerprint (a hash, not your hardware details), the panel version, the number of load balancers in use and, when set, the panel domain. Our server records the time and IP address of each check. We use this only to run and protect licensing.
Your viewers' data stays on your servers. The panel does not send us lines, customers, streams or viewing data.
Error reports from the panel
To help us find and fix bugs, an activated panel can send error reports over the same signed connection, about once an hour. A report holds only:
- error codes from a fixed list (for example "database query failed" or "stream source timed out"), how often each happened and when first and last;
- which part of NeXa reported it, the panel and agent versions, the operating system and processor type;
- CPU, memory and disk use rounded to 10 %, and the number of load balancers;
- for a crash: the names and line numbers of NeXa's own program code where it happened.
A report never contains usernames or passwords, viewer IP addresses, stream, channel, movie or category names, source addresses, domains, server addresses or host names, reseller or admin names, e-mail addresses, tokens, file paths or any free text such as error messages. It is linked to your license and installation so we can see which versions are affected. We keep reports for 90 days.
Error reports are on by default. You can turn them off at any time in the panel under Settings › License › Send error reports to NeXa, and see exactly what the next report contains with Preview exactly what is sent.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it (for example for invoices). Use the contact page.
